SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING


All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Orders will not be processed or shipped on Fridays from 12 pm EST through Sundays, or during holidays. Should we experience a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in shipment. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.


SHIPPING CHARGES


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note, international shipping is not available. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS


We will make every effort to verify the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure its validity. If we are unable to validate the address, we will attempt to contact you. Should we be unable to contact you, your order will be canceled and a refund will be issued.


RETURNS


You have 15 days following receipt of your item to request a return. For a return to be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when received, unopened, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@hempbevco.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for returning your package. It is important to note that items returned without a request will not be accepted.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES


Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. Should the item be defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS


Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns regarding your specific item, please reach out to us. It is important to note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


REFUNDS


Once we have received and inspected your return, we will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take 7-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and apply the refund.
